Anthony F. Provenzano Jr.

Born in Bronxville, New York, Mr. Provenzano pursued his undergraduate studies in History at the College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, Massachusetts. After serving briefly as a legal assistant at the New York law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, he entered the T.C. Williams School of Law of the University of Richmond (Virginia). At Richmond Law, Mr. Provenzano was a member of the McNiell Law Honor Society. Mr. Provenzano completed his legal studies as a visiting student at Boston College Law School in December of 1985, and was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in June, 1986. He has been a private practice attorney ever since. Mr. Provenzano is also admitted in the Massachusetts Federal Courts. Mr. Provenzano currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Plymouth Board of Selectmen, having been re-elected to the Board for a second term in the Spring 2016 municipal election. His past civic involvement has included membership and chairmanship of the Plymouth Advisory and Finance Committee, board membership and presidency of the Plymouth Antiquarian Society and membership on the Plymouth Historic District Commission. Mr. Provenzano currently sits on the Board of Directors of Plymouth 400, Inc., the not for profit corporation which is planning the Commemoration of the 400th Anniversary of the landing of the Mayflower, Pilgrims and their interaction with the native Wampanoag people. He also sits as Commissioner on the Commonwealth’s Plymouth 400 Commission, having been appointed by Governor Charles Baker in 2016. He is a member of the Plymouth Sunrise Rotary, Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association (formerly the Massachusetts Conveyancers Association), the Federalist Society and is a sponsor member of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. He has resided in Plymouth for over thirty years with his wife, Diane, where they raised their three grown daughters.

Terry A. McLaughlin

Born in Framingham, Massachusetts, Mrs. McLaughlin grew up in the Framingham/Ashland area. Mrs. McLaughlin earned her Associates Degree in Business Administration at Massachusetts Bay Community College, Wellesley, Massachusetts. Following graduation, she was employed as a legal assistant at the law firm of Shockett, Dockser and Associates. While raising her and her husband’s two sons, Rob and Ryan, Mrs. McLaughlin spent several years assisting her husband run their automotive business.
In 2000, Mrs. McLaughlin and her family relocated from Ashland to Plymouth where she re-entered the legal field as an assistant at the Law Firm of Joanne P. Duffy. She came to work for this firm in 2004, bringing her wealth of experience and strong administrative skills. She and her husband, David, still reside in South Plymouth.
