Anthony F. Provenzano Jr.

Born in Bronxville, New York, Mr. Provenzano received a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1980 at the College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, Massachusetts. After serving briefly as a legal assistant at the New York based law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, Mr. Provenzano took a of Law degree at the University of Richmond, where he was a member of the McNeill Law Honor Society. Mr. Provenzano completed his legal studies as a visiting student at Boston College Law School in December of 1985, and was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in June, 1986. He has been a private practice attorney ever since. Mr. Provenzano is also admitted in the Massachusetts Federal Courts.

Mr. Provenzano served as a member of the Plymouth Select Board for six years from 2013 to 2019. His past civic involvement has included membership and chairmanship of the Plymouth Advisory and Finance Committee, board membership and presidency of the Plymouth Antiquarian Society and membership on the Plymouth Historic District Commission. Mr. Provenzano currently sits on the Board of Directors of South Shore Community Action Council, Inc., and is President of Plymouth 400, Inc., the not-for-profit corporation which was involved in the recognition of the 400th Anniversary of the landing of the Mayflower Pilgrims and their interaction with the native Wampanoag people, and which now manages the legacy of that commemoration. He also served as Commissioner on the Commonwealth’s Plymouth 400 Commission, having been appointed by Governor Charlie Baker in 2016. He is a member and past president of the Plymouth Sunrise Rotary, and is a member of Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association (formerly the Massachusetts Conveyancers Association).

He has resided in downtown Plymouth for over thirty years with his wife, Diane, where they raised their three grown daughters.

Terry A. McLaughlin

Born in Framingham, Massachusetts, Mrs. McLaughlin grew up in the Framingham/Ashland area. Mrs. McLaughlin earned her Associates Degree in Business Administration at Massachusetts Bay Community College, Wellesley, Massachusetts. Following graduation, she was employed as a legal assistant at Shocket, Dockser & Associates in Natick, Massachusetts. Mrs. McLaughlin and her family relocated from Ashland to Plymouth and she began work as a legal assistant at the Law Office of Joanne P. Duffy. In 2004, Mrs. McLaughlin came to this firm bringing with her a wealth of experience and strong administrative skills.

She and her husband, David, reside in South Plymouth where they raised their two sons, both graduates of Plymouth South High School, where they were heavily involved in athletics. Mrs. McLaughlin enjoys the beach and spending time with her growing brood of grandchildren.

Shaila N. Gentile

Born in San Diego, California and raised on Cape Cod, Shaila Gentile graduated from Stonehill College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. At Stonehill, in addition to her strong academic achievements, Mrs. Gentile was a starting player on the school’s National Championship rugby squad. Following graduation, Mrs. Gentile lived in South Boston and worked for Krokidas & Bluestein LLP in Downtown Boston, where she gained broad knowledge and experience in a larger law firm setting. In 2019, a year after she relocated from South Boston to Plymouth, Mrs. Gentile began work at the firm, where she has utilized her strong educational background and experience to assist Attorney Provenzano in his Estate Planning practice ever since.

Outside the firm, Mrs. Gentile enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors with her family and friends. She resides in Plymouth with her husband Mike, their daughter, and twin sons.

Jeanette C. Morgan

Estate Administration/Probate Paralegal

Jeanette Morgan assists in the Trust and Estate Administration and Probate practice at our firm. With a strong educational background and a passion for legal services, Ms. Morgan plays a pivotal role in producing efficient estate and probate proceedings, as well as assisting in the preparation of Estate Tax returns and compliance. Born in San Diego, California, Ms. Morgan was raised in her father’s hometown, Plymouth, Massachusetts, where she graduated from Plymouth North High School in 2015. Ms. Morgan earned an Associate Degree in Business Management from Quincy College in 2019 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2021 from Curry College. After graduating from Curry College in 2021 and employment of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Ms. Morgan began working for Attorney Provenzano. At the firm, Ms. Morgan is able to utilize the organizational dynamics and financial principles skills developed in her educational career and prior employment.

Ms. Morgan assists in a wide range of tasks, including document preparation, court filings, asset inventory, and client communication. Her educational background has equipped Ms. Morgan with the ability to maintain the organization of complex probate and estate administration matters. Outside of the firm, Ms. Morgan enjoys various exercise and physical pursuits, shared time with friends and family, and travel.
